Join Cool River Gallery and the Arvada Grill
Cool River Gallery will open this fall in Grandview Plaza II. Bill Hitz, an accomplished photographer will showcase his extraordinary photos of wildlife and scenic landscapes from around the Rocky Mountain Region.

The Arvada Grill will be open for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch and will feature a menu of specialty salads, sandwiches, hand cut steaks and chops. The owner of the Arvada Grill is renowned chef and restaurateur Alex Gurevich. Gurevich currently owns Kona Coffee, Caf← Bisque and Limon.

Located in the heart of Olde Town Arvada, Landon Enterprises latest developments, Grandview Plaza and Reno Place officially broke ground August 31, 2006. These mixed use projects will feature restaurant, retail and office space all of which are now available for lease.

These two developments located at Olde Wadsworth Boulevard and Grandview Avenue are just a half a block from the proposed light rail stop in Arvada which is estimated to bring over 100,000 people to Arvada.

These new buildings will compliment the historic district in which they are located while adding a new level of energy to the area.

Reno Place and Grandview Plaza II are scheduled for completion September 2007. Grandview Plaza I will open in early 2008.
